FAQ'sHere are the most asked questions before visiting Brown Mountain Beach Resort and Wilson Creek. We hope this helps. If there are more questions, feel free to contact us!

Do you have cell phone service at the resort?

Nope!  We are in the Pisgah National Forest, where cell phone service does not reach.  We love this!  We want to invite you to put up ALL your devices and be present with your family.  Trust us, with 38,000 acres of rugged mountains surrounding us and beautiful Wilson Creek right at your finger tips, there is more than plenty to do!  If needed, we do have WiFi up at our Rock Pavilion and main deck area.

Are you pet friendly? 

Yes!  We love all animals and Wilson Creek is a pet heaven!  We do ask that they remain on a leash at all times.  If you are bringing your pat with you, there is a $25 pet fee per a pet per unit.

Do we need to supply linens, towels, or toiletries?

No!  We have all of your bedding, towels and toiletries.  Bring a hair dryer if needed!

What if we need to cancel our reservation?

At the time of your booking, we actually take that cabin or yurt off the market for YOU!  Since we are a small business who works very hard at making this a private and peaceful place, if for some reason you do have to cancel, we can not give a refund, but will change the dates of your reservation to the best of our ability.
