2025 Complete Wedding Weekend Package
- Exclusive use of the grounds from Thursday at 3:00 pm- Sunday 11:00 am
- Historic Rock Pavilion/ Event Hall circa 1904 (seats up to 120 guests)
- Exclusive use of the original Speakeasy, great for Rehearsal dinner and/or cocktail hour
- Farm Tables and chairs for 120 guests
- Antique church pews for ceremony
- Wedding Party Dressing Suites
- Grill area with large grills and seating up to 60 guests
- Picturesque Beach, gardens, decks
- PA system
- Sweet heart table with rhododendron bench for two
- Rhododendron arch or Hexagon wooden arch
- One Bartender and/or drink attendant for Welcome dinner and for reception.
- (If more are needed, $25 an hr per bartender will be charged)
- Bonfire on the beach after rehearsal and reception with chairs and self serve table for alcohol and late night snacks
- Unlimited smores for after the reception bonfire
- Late night popcorn station with seasonings for after the reception dinner
- Torches for lighting to enhance ambiance around the property
- Access to property for ceremony rehearsal, bridal portraiture
- Access to our inventory room filled with different wedding decor
- Complimentary choice of cottage or yurt from Thursday-Sunday

++Please note, you have the entire property (a mile stretch of private waters and 23 acres total), to yourselves (just you and your guests) for the long weekend. We do have cabins and yurts on property that only your guests are able to rent with the ability to sleep up to 80 guests on site. (Check out virtual tours of all on our Accommodations tab). Typically these are rented by your guests since it is a vacation for EVERYONE! We do include one cabin or yurt of your choice for you and your fiancé in the package.

- Grill area with large grills and seating up to 60 guests
- Picturesque Beach, gardens, decks

- One Bartender and/or drink attendant for Welcome dinner and for reception.
