When we reserve a cottage for you, we actually take it off the market for the dates you reserve. Even though we may have subsequent requests from others for a site on these dates, we save the site just for you – even if it means turning away other customers!

A reservation is an agreement between you and us. We agree to hold a cottage available for your use for a period of time you specify and you agree to pay a specified amount for the right to occupy this site for that period of time.

We cannot control, nor guarantee the weather. You are responsible for the entire length of stay you reserved. Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures.

We have a firm reservation and cancellation policy to ensure that we can continue to provide this service commitment to you.

Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Early arrivals or late departures are subject to additional charge of $50.00. Check-in past 9:00 pm is subject to a $50.00 extra charge.


Cancellations & Refunds

We apologize but, our policy is if you book it it is yours. We do not issue refunds. You may send someone in your place

"No Shows" will be charged the full reservation amount.


Dog Policy

We allow dogs because we are dog lovers ourselves and could not imagine a vacation without them. We do ask that your pet be well mannered and house broken. If your dog is a barker we ask that you keep them inside as much as possible. If your dog is wet we ask that you dry them off as best as possible before entering your cottage. If your dog is the shedding type, please keep them off the beds and furniture. If your dog is going to be left alone, please notify us in case there is an unlikely emergency. We want you and your dog to have a memorable stay with us so we ask you to please follow these simple rules. Pet fee- a one time $25.00 fee
