The Fishing Village and Club is BRAND NEW to BMBR! It is a unique neighborhood development that runs along Wilson's Creek. At full build-out, the village will be compromised of 25 luxurious cabins overlooking fierce rapids, lazy swimming holes and the incredible Pisgah National Forest. Each cabin will be uniquely built to fit your family perfectly.
Brown Mountain Beach building is founded not only on architectual integrity and sound planning principles, but also the understanding that cultural and environmental resources must be sustained in roads, walkways and buildings.
Our design philosophy is simple. To have a concern and save that which is already developed and is true to the attractiveness of Brown Mountain Beach Resort. To teach that freedom enlivens the human spirit. Also,to know that perfection, with regard to governing bodies, is not possible, however striving for excellence is.
The villages core and neighborhood amenities will consist of a classically designed Upper Pavilion with a dessert and coffee bar,along with conference space, garden (full of all home grown vegetables), walking/running trails,a beach with seating that looks over a 27 foot swimming hole including a rope swing and relaxing rapids and a lower pavilion with a rock chimney full of entertainment space.
Each delightful cabin consists of either 2 or 3 bedrooms, and a loft if needed. Full uniquely designed kitchens and living room.Parking spaces user-friendly walking and golf cart paths, which are all romantically tucked in overlooking Wilson's Creek gorge.
